Boot Camp
A great class combining aerobic and strength training segments. This fast paced, 30 minute class is sure to get your heart rate up plus get in muscle training at the same time. If you are new to working out, please talk to a staff member about the class before signing up.
Cost: One punch for each 30-minute session
Where: Fitness Center
Day: Monday and Wednesdays 5:30-6:00pm and 6:30-7:00pm; Saturdays 9:00am-9:30am

Arms and Abs
A 25 minute class that uses a combination of simple floor, dumbbell, and ball exercises in order to tone up your arms and abs and everything in between.
Cost: FREE for members, One punch per session for non-members
Where: Fitness Center
Day / Time: Mondays and Fridays – 6:15 AM,
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 12:15 PM

The Mix
Join the fun as we blend various formats of aerobics, step aerobics, kickboxing, dance, athletic drills, and functional strength exercises into one enjoyable, effective class. This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Come mix it up!

Yoga
The class is perfect for beginners to intermediate Yoga.The instructor, Liz Jones, is trained in Reiki, Guided Imagery, and various healing methods. She has also trained in Shotokan karate and other forms of marshal arts and
self-defense.
Cost: One punch for each session

Fit Over 50 Strength!
A fun class focusing on beginning strength training to help with every day tasks and functions. This class is only 30 minutes in length and is a perfect way to get started on an exercise program! Come join the fun!
Cost: FREE for members, One punch per session for non-members

New Punch Card System
You will be required to purchase a punch card for all classes. We will keep the punch card for you right here in the fitness center. There will be twelve (12) punches on each card. A 30-minute class will be worth one punch and a 60-minute class will be worth two punches.
A punch card for a non-member = $30.00
Reduced price for fitness center members = $24.00
 Aquatic Exercise Classes
Twinges in Your Hinges
A great warm water, total exercise program to ease joint discomforts and muscle aches and pains. 10 sessions. Cost $40.00.
Water Walking
Striding in waist to chest deep water to improve cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance, improve body composition and flexibility. 10 sessions. Cost $40.00.
Relax and Rejuvenate (R & R)
Discover the power of warm water exercise to relax muscles and enjoy the ease of movement. 10 sessions. Cost $40.00.
Water Circuit Workout
Strength, flexibility and aerobic exercises. 10 sessions. Cost $40.00.
Backhab Exercises
Learn and practice water exercises to ease your back pain. 10 sessions. Cost $40.00.
Independent Sessions
Bring your own exercise program and workout at your own pace. Purchase a 10 punch card to be used within 10 weeks of purchase. Cost $40.00.

Take Tobacco Out of Living (T.O.O.L.)
